Get ready to ROCK steady with this energetic express workout and legit PUNCH fest fueled by motivational BEATS. We understand how it can often feel You don’t have the time to fit in your fitness so we designed this 45 minute EXPRESS workout experience for YOU! 

SMASH & DASH combines a comprehensive and effective warm up phase preparing the system for 10 x 2 min rounds of partnered boxing fitness mitt work. SMASH & DASH is an intense and effective express workout for time conscious warriors. Them minutes will fly by and we promise you will leave sweaty, satisfied and an absolute HIGH!
